11) Overlord Genghis Khan new active skill for his new skin, An update version of his previous skill now damaging 6 legion in 1 turn, truly making him i Moving Turrets but in return to can't decreases ememy morale Actually, he can damage a maximum of 7 enemies with his ability. Oh he actually do 7 ? Pardon me I don't have Genghis Khan but i hear some one saying he can only do 6 legion to balance, huh might change it later

13) Sacred Ruling Joan now join the turrets team with the upgrade version of Calvary Commander buff 20-40 morale for her and the allies instead of -10 morale for enemy, note that 2 active skill share the same state of skill cooldown mean you can use Sacred Ruling with 1 turn cooldown and than change the skin mid-battle (don't work on HL and Raid) and use Holy Prayer the next turn, and vice versa depending on how you play it

14) Appeal Joan "new" passive skill, upgrade version of Rallying now with 70% instead of only 50% chance to replace a Genderme unit when the legion is not full Note: this skill is actually the skill "Rallying" confirmed, some how when up to lv3 the name it self changed from "Rallying" to "Appeal" something very weird we never got it before (I think)

Not sure about Charging cavalry expert skill... The main task of the Charging cavalry is to kill. Triple charge usually does the job. Yet, there are some pieces of equipment, types of terrain and skills of pikemen that reduce the chance of a Triple charge even if it is 100% on paper. I don't believe that this change will increase survivability of the Charging cavalry dramatically, but harm is done already in decreasing their attacking potential. Moreover only a handful of generals can reach lvl 4 of the Charging cavalry expert skill, so, on average, it is 7% damage reduction.

-Harald Hardrada new skill: 28) Human-wave tactic Reverse version of "Rebel" or "Isolated Force", Useful in narrow terrain or troops spamming -Basil new skill: 29) Breach and Storm Literally, in most case, a +20% DMG for land army, good DMG increase skill -Saladin new skill: 30) Wind Chasing Swap position 2 times and +4 mobility point, with proper setup he will be one of the fastest in the game, very good skill for looping and levels that require protect a unit but in exchange it need units to swap and earn mobility point 31) Commander's posture Chance to double DMG for him and his allies, good support skill overall better than the old skill, nothing more to say

-Li Shimin new skill: 32) Zhuge Battalion Commander Nothing different from the one I leak better, this time with each Zhuge units you will have +1 mobility point, usually no one will use 3 Zhuge units for him so that is +1 mobility for a Infantry Archer legion equal to a Cavalry Archer legion 33) Monarch Overall a decent DMG up for only the Chinese units, still good because they are very strong and good to use -Wu Zetian new skill: 34) Mercy and Severity An optional buff or debuff skill with +10~?% DMG +10~? Morale when buff to allies troop and -10~?% DMG -10~? Morale when debuff to ememy 35) Destiny We usually use 3 Melee infantry in our legion so that is +3 mobility when it run out, combine with Murad I's active skill she can attack 1-2 more hit or capture a city, overall a good skill 36) Empress "Rallying" but for Tang Dynasty special unit, not as good as Joan but overall decent skill since Tang unit is good anyway

For me charging Cavalry already doing good at dealing DMG, but they are just Glass Cannon, it's very easy to skill them, charging rate is no longer a problem with morale or skill support etc so I think it's a good deal to exchange 10% Charging rate to 8% DMG reduce

From And Duys post I got the impression that with 3 melee infs Wu Zetians skill gives +3 mobility at once, but I believe it works just like Murads skill. Meaning you ran out of mobility > +1mobi. attack again, out of mobi. > +1 mobi again and so on. So it can give you three additional attacks. Very op skill.

She's also infantry, meaning that she's not really a glass cannon as Richard is. She gets 5 attacks in the best circumstances while Richard can do only 3. She's basically the EW7 equivalent of Manstein. Her attack will require some work though so there's that.
