Sometimes he appeared on a super tank in DC (which reminds me of the wizard Patton), but yes, he mostly appears on a carrier which makes things easy cuz submarine spam brings him down.

Neither US. But all of the 3 star country will spawn super tanks(Timoshenko, Vatutin and Bagramyan for USSR, me for Germany, Graziani for Italy, Montgomery for UK, a normal one for Japan(while poor Itagaki only has a heavy tank), Devers for US). Montgomery is already spawned at the start of the conquest in africa So is Graziani in Rome
