Can someone help me? I need to know if I can clear 206 damage with this unit. I have yet to surpass 203, but my reading of the formula gets me 214.58 possible.

Assault infantry tier 2, Malinovski with 6 infantry stars, level 9 “Great Soldier” (infantry ribbon), level 5 raider with medal, level 5 explosives, boosted morale, and experience is up 1. I got:
[(24+9)*1.25*1.25 + 4 + 30 + 18]*1.48*1.4 = 214.58

P.S. I am attacking an undefended city, specifically Seoul in ‘39 conquest on a plain.
