Jean-Luc Picard, the .btl Editor must run by Excel's macro, it is developed by Visual Basic for App, but some xls editor can't use the Excel's macro. if you give me your e-mail, i will send you the .btl editor, and translate it to english.

@communist,, Jean-Luc Picard, Erich von Manstein, ncpiro,I have thought about an idea but what would be a good skill that could make a navy general even better.I think it would be called Cannon Bombardment which would be just like assualt art and defense art except for navy generals where once they fire they had a chance of hitting multiple targets as one as with rocket when you fire them they have a chance of damaging nearby units. |

I think wangchengxy's mod that lets you change general skills can do that |

Most of my mods are from PC and I think you can change the xml files in the game. Get RAR on your android Download European war 4? Hold the app and Open as Archive Go into the assets folder and find the xml files you want to Edit |
