Well, I did it in an extremely inefficient way, and not a way im sure you wanna try. It would only allow you to change who owns what. the rest your gonna have to figure out by guessing and checking.

Well, firstly, do you have a mac? Or a way to edit the files on windows 8/10. Since When I used windows 8, I had trouble getting permissions to edit the files.
