I see thx for the tips guys. Seems like the smartest thing to do in my situation is to farm frontier until I get that Pershing... While I am already yawning at just the thought of it, I guess having the ability to spawn a 2-range elite tank for under 600 bucks in any city with a factory is gonna help a lot for any such endeavours of attempting a speedrun at a challenge conquest with a 1* nation. Great tip with taking out Finland as well, I somehow completely forgot I could do that. I always sent my ships to the Atlantic where they did nothing meaningful.

On my behalf, a big thank you to everyone who provided us with the tips for Netherlands conquest.
I actually tried Netherlands and did it succesfully, but in 39 moves. I quickly took care of Japan. Your allies actually help and Japan is weak. The moment I spawned Prince of Wales in that port south of Tokyo and put Darlan on it I knew Japan was done. That happened around 10 turns mark.
In Europe, I managed to snatch empty London while accidentally messing up in the Scandinavia and making Finland even stronger in the process. After I took care of Japan and economy grew to the end game level, I took half of Europe simply by snatching empty cities. The other half had to wait for the missiles to unlock, there was no other way. Kluge and Leeb molested my troops until that point. You just can't evade them. They are inevitable. Will definitely try again some time with being more proactive in Europe inside first couple of turns.

My Netherlands and Belgium runs had the European front relocated into Spain (and Portugal if needed) and steal Ireland port to build carriers to help air raid Kluge & Leeb, Econ generals were all deployed to the Borneo(Dutch)/Congo(Belgian) front to compensate the lost of Amsterdam/Brussel, didn’t need missile at all.

I'm doing my first run as the USSR. Do allies attack Yellow states? I'm planning to get Canada to attack the USA or vice versa.

They released a patch update recently, and I could not see what it was for form the description.
However, after looking, the allies received a large nerf in ‘43 conquest. The USS Eisenhower only gets five pints (twelve old), the Soviet elite tanks are lower level, etc.
Good change. My for-fun no general USSR challenge run will likely never be beaten now lol

Wow, I came back to try this after endless Frontier farming to finally get my Pershing and it worked to absolute perfection. Together with all the tips shared in this thread makes an easy Netherlands F2p sub-25 speedrun indeed. Capturing Berlin at turn 3 and holding it (spawn an armored car every turn) *actually* does bring Germany's fierce offensive to a grinding halt, and it is the only method that has worked for me so far. Basically the German offensive never took off the ground and they were defeated at turn 14. My last turns were actually spent bombing the massive Japanese cruisers (Yamaguchi and I think Nagumo) in their ports.
So to summarize the most important points imho to pull this off: The only hard requirements are that you have obtained a 2-range elite tank and a decent Guderian (basic skills lvl 5 + lvl 3 ribbons I'd say) that you can spawn on turn 2. Then follow Truhses' method to capture Berlin at turn 3 (3 because Kluge will not spawn. If you have only 2 ribbon slots like me, don't forget you can change back to Green ribbon for Guderian!) Hold Berlin with an armored car each turn. In the meantime you send your starting ships to kill Finland, and build an economy your Indo-pacific regions. No algorithm there, just take as many cities as possible and finish the job once Europe is done. Chennault helps massively at bombing.

Dabbled in a Netherlands speedrun (w/ IAP) for a couple of hours. Managed to complete it by turn 14. 13 is definitely in reach. But I'm curious how far I can get that number down. What's the current record in it?

What's the current record in it? That’d be a fun challenge. I forgot how many it took me but I’d guess we could get it to 10 with excellence medal luck and luck in general.
