Japan 1939, between 70 and 80 turns. I remember that the axis in Europe feel like flies, so it was pretty much me against the world. xD

USA 1939, took about 50 turns (this doesn't count 2 failed conquest, once USA (moves too slow and overwhelmed by Germany/Italy/Spain) and Thailand (shot right out)).

That's an unforgettable memory - 1939 Japan(ugh MEAH HOME!(’・ω・‘) I immediately played conquest straight after I finished the tutorial... without any General. As being a beginner I soon have a lower hand. I do remember I didn't give up and restart however. The turning point is when I decided to send all my army together with battleships to capture Shanghai(have to do this cus I should have lost Taiwan during the lower hand) and finally entered China then finished the conquest by 180+ turns(つд⊂) I remember two funny thing during the conquest, firstly I am unaware on air attacks or paratroops in the beginning, as I feel it is too costly, and I just like 'how do the enemy have that much resources for bombing cities(Taipei)/spamming paratroops(Moscow, I head to there after Yaketerinburg instead of attacking from Minsk)...'QAQ Another one is that I should be thinking that 'ah Japan had a strong navy during the period' and what I did is building hundreds of Carriers from Tokyo bay and sent them separately to Asia then europe and to Hawaii then Australia, made the process very slow orz But by the time now I have know more about how to play on here, so on my memory I completed my previous 1939 Japan for about 50 rounds only(>﹏<)

1939 ROC. I completely smashed Japan(sorry Amatsukaze ) with most of my generals(except Bai C.X.) killed, and had a bloody fight with the German at Moscow-Kiev-Stalingrad-Ankara. I won after 200 rounds. Also, I learnt how strong Bai C.X. is from this conquest.
