 The android Chinese version of World Conqueror 3 has been released and is available for download. Edit: latest version is 1.1.4 available from Easytech Here. Sometimes their site is slow or not responsive, I also put the apk in my google drive here: World conqueror 3 v.1.1.4 APK
There are some known compatibility issues with some devices, the devellopers are aware of the problem and working on updates to fix this.So if you try one version and it doesnt work, try other updates and it may fix it. It's not an APK from the Google store, Google will still not allow Easytech to publish the game because of copyrights issues, it could be weeks (or longer) before this is settled. I have scanned that site and rescanned the apk file itself and it showed clean.It installed fine,you can move the apk into an SD card too. You should always scan for yourself before downloading anything. I use my own antivirus but also this web based one : www.virustotal.com Playing now, but kinda hard as it is all in Chinese, still this is way better than waiting! Edit(2):For your convenience I have added a English translation guide done by Armchair General it looks like this:  You can post new threads/posts on any language related questions in forum,there are plenty of posters playing the English itune version that can help with the translations. You can also ask here any questions about the install. Since this is an announcement/help thread,please make an effort to post only stuff more or less related to the chinese android version and its various updates. Unknown, since World conqueror 2 was free on google store,but WC3 is not on itune.
The Yandax one is free,doesnt require root either.

ya american guy it did cost a little less then a Euro on Google App Store(I don't have an iPhone) so that is why I was asking about price beqcause I don't buy anything ,ANYTHING from. app store or any game. and this wc3's graphics seem Marvellous that is why I was intrested in installin  (Psst . guys please reply to help on my thread on the campaign trail folder ;( ] |

There are ways to get small amount of credits at the google store without paying,it involve filling out surveys and things of that nature.
Wont make you rich,but it is enough to make small purchases without a CC.
I don't have the details though you would have to google how.

Android chinese version 1.1.2 out,I updated fine,no loss of data or saves.
Same as iphone update,bug fixes and 10 new challenges.

I can only tell you that I did not loose any game data or saves but some people have lost their saves when updating from itune store.
We dont know why a small number of people loose their game data while the majority of downloaders do not.
