The android Chinese version of World Conqueror 3 has been released and is available for download.

There are some known compatibility issues with some devices, the devellopers are aware of the problem and working on updates to fix this.So if you try one version and it doesnt work, try other updates and it may fix it.
It's not an APK from the Google store, Google will still not allow Easytech to publish the game because of copyrights issues, it could be weeks (or longer) before this is settled.
I have scanned that site and rescanned the apk file itself and it showed clean.It installed fine,you can move the apk into an SD card too. You should always scan for yourself before downloading anything. I use my own antivirus but also this web based one :
