The South American Naval Arms Race:
Historically, the South American nations invested heavily into their navies as the terrain of the continent was unfriendly to land forces, but was perfect for naval combat. The many navigable rivers of the continent such as the Rio de la Plata made it possible to send naval vessels inland and thus also made it possible for troops to be transported on these ships inland as well. The navies also came in handy in order to protect or disrupt trade during war, a very vital lifeline for most South American nations. Many wars on the continent were decisively won or lost due to Naval combat, such as in the War of the Pacific, the War of the Triple Alliance and the War of the Confederation.

Let say a nation has 5 providences, each of them can support up to 5 infantries or 3 tanks, so the max would be 25 infantries or 15 tanks (not both ofc). Each storage upgrade seems to add 5i/3t each time to the original limit. |
