Hmm... why did I remember Napoleon Bonaparte said somewhere about not being able to attack in the first 4 phases...? Maybe the same place where Napoleon Bonaparte said that USA & USSR has tier 1 techs while all other nations needs to catch up? He did say something about waiting 4 phases, I am pretty sure but I could be easily mistaken. I was looking forward to the fifth phase to start a crushing invasion in Eurasia and Africa because that's where WTO is most dominant. guys, I'm now officially lifting the 4 turn peace time, since the war is really lacking the "war" itself... NATO and WTO may now start the fight

New phase has begun (1948)
Recent takeover of government building in Jakarta by NATO backed rebels: Word has come through that Indonesian rebels, backed by NATO, have taken over a government building in the capital of Jakarta. Can the government win? -Rebels spawn in Java, backed by NATO, three turns needed to finish them
Rebels take up arms in Brazil: Rebels have now took up arms in Rio Grande do Sul, a historically rebellious province. They state that they want to establish a communist state in Brazil, and by any means necessary. -Rebels spawn in Rio Grande do Sul, backed by WTO, three turns needed to finish them

Indonesia was supposed to be the easiest country for me, lol. Build troops then try to supress the riot, right? How high do I need to roll for that?

Desophaeus, yeah, rebels are just like enemies, only internally. So you just need to build some troops and send them into the capital to take them down. you don't need a very high number to defeat rebels.
