Tomoyuki yamashita
5* infantry 0* tank 0* artillery 2* air 2* navy 5* movement
Skills: Lv4 infantry leader, lv3 bayonet charge, lv4 raider lv0 fortification lv3 anti armor PAS: Guerilla
Reason: He did not get his nickname 'tiger of Malaya' for nothing due to his rapid seizure of SE Asia. He was only a pure infantry guy with little navy experience and not defensive but a great plunderer at it, waging guerilla warfare to the end of his career

Tadamichi Kuribiyashi 5* Infantry 0* Panzer
2* artillery 3* air
2* navy 1* movement Skills: Lv4 infantry leader, Lv4 fortification lv2 shelter expert PAS: Defense tactic, Street fighting, Jungle fighting Reason: Another general i admire, He was no tank guy but an AWESOME tactical infantry general who took with him ( 1945) many US casualties and was very defensive building hard to breach defenses in Iwo Jima Maybe add a lvl 3 defense tactic but drop one star to 4 in infantry. Plus take off about 200-400 medals off his price to make him more worthwhile but true to his abilities and history?

You mean the guy who didn't surrender until there's an order from above to him that year in Philippines? Hiroo Onoda, Second Lieutenant.

Itagaki
No stats or skill changes (Only 3* tank changed)
PAS: Maybe Blitzkrieg
Reason: Seishiro Itagaki was the best tank general in Japan but that doesn't say much as Japan's modern wwii tanks were awful honestly

More information about the Baron:
On 23 April 1911, Tokugawa set a Japanese record with a Blériot, flying 48 miles in 1 hour 9 minutes 30 seconds thats one of his most epic moments! Tokugawa, together with General Hino Kumazo promoted the new technology to the Imperial Japanese Army General Staff and helped establish the Imperial Japanese Army Air Service. He reformed the army creating New war technology.

Isoroku yamamoto stats and skills no change (except to 5* Navy and air) PAS: Infantry leader Reason: Yamamoto was a great naval general and a great seaman (I fulfilled your wish cardbattler and this is not biased) and I feel sad for him. Pearl harbour went horribly wrong (yes horribly) and he was forced into it by tojo and got shot down by the US

Well, he's one of a few sane men in the entire "weeding" Army/Navy commanders, probably the only one in the tops, and can't be helped.
Speaking of it, both Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan are similar on that as their supreme commander isn't gud enough to utilize all those talented men of theirs to complete victory. And both didn't even fully trust each other and bring problems, like how the attack on Pearl worsens the situation for Germany.

Chuichi Nagumo
1* infantry 0* panzer 0* artillery 2* air 4* Navy 0* movement
Skills: Lv2 Fleet leader, Lv2 Wolfpack, Lv0 Oil expert Lv2 Camouflage PAS: Maybe Shelter expert
Reason: One of the reasons why pearl harbor happened is because of him. He didn't continue attacking due to oil and retreated too early for any extra damage so certainly not an oil expert or even a land general
