Jisaburo Ozawa 4* air
4* Navy 3* Infantry 2* movement
Skills: Lv3 navy leader, Lv0 Defense tactic
PAS: Wolfpack Reason: Great Navy general during WWII and as Desophaeus said he had an excellent record but was never defensive . If only Nagumo and Ozawa swapped places (not being imperialist here ) But still He probably would be recommended by Erich von Manstein.

Finishing of the Tokyo academy Here's Yasuji Okamura 5* Infantry
3* Tank 0* Artillery1* Air Force0* Navy 3* MovementSkills : lv3 infantry leader, lv4 bayonet charge, lv3 raider, lv0 anti armor
PAS: Guerilla, Jungle fighting Reason: Operation Ichigo provided his increase in raider, and he was a good infantry general and was good with his men (in the wrong way though ) but Japanese infantry were never great against armored vehicles so a no-no to anti armor

Itagaki No stats or skill changes (Only 3* tank changed) PAS: Maybe Blitzkrieg Reason: Seishiro Itagaki was the best tank general in Japan but that doesn't say much as Japan's modern wwii tanks were awful honestly Well actually he should be a 5* tank gen knowing what he did with Japanese tanks

Isoroku yamamoto stats and skills no change (except to 5* Navy and air) PAS: Infantry leader Reason: Yamamoto was a great naval general and a great seaman (I fulfilled your wish cardbattler and this is not biased) and I feel sad for him. Pearl harbour went horribly wrong (yes horribly) and he was forced into it by tojo and got shot down by the US Well he was the best naval admiral at his time and his air commanding skills were the thing that made him Japanese fleet overlord, best carrier fleet admiral ever

Chuichi Nagumo 1* infantry 0* panzer0* artillery 2* air
4* Navy 0* movement
Skills: Lv2 Fleet leader, Lv2 Wolfpack, Lv0 Oil expert Lv2 Camouflage PAS: Maybe Shelter expert Reason: One of the reasons why pearl harbor happened is because of him. He didn't continue attacking due to oil and retreated too early for any extra damage so certainly not an oil expert or even a land general I would give him 3* movement because of retreat skills, but he made hell a lot of mistakes and was terrible at commanding land units, but he was good at Navy, but his economical knowledge was too bad to give him any economical skills

Well he was more a admiral than general, so inf wasn't his strongest place He did do some defensive actions Yes and he didn't have any other option, it was the way of samurai, no retreat and no surrender, if you are in position where you can't run or fight you make seppuku
