That won't stop them from having one then... a Casus Belli, while it's true that it is more or less "provocative reason for a nation to take up arms against another", the real life purpose is "I want am excuse to shoot him! So there!" The fact that if WTO is at war with NATO, then GB would be perfectly happy to pile on the Casus Belli as a justification for their war against USSR in this case. Good for the war effort at home, better approval levels for the government, etc... it's pratically win-win to find a Casus Belli for a wartime nation. |
