Bad move... with the collapse of USSR now, the USA is THE only nuclear superpower instead of "a nuclear power". Not one single nation on this globe has anything above 1/4 of USA's nuclear weapon stockpile.
Oh btw, we even purchase 4,000 obsolete warheads from Russia per year. Note: we just break them down to use them as nuclear fuel to power half of our nuclear power plants (which provides 10% of our electricity, so the Russian old crap is powering 5% of our electricity nationwide).

He who fires the first nuke lose... that's world poltics. Good luck... you could get Iran or NK, but that's about it. Even China as in the PRC told NK to stand down a few years ago when it tried to threaten nuclear war against Japan and SK.
