Can i help give you some details of how it might be able to go? Yeah This is an example of a country: Hazikland Culture: Arab Land taken: some random area Capital city constructed and have messaged game master to put on the map City has 10,000 people in it 1st phase: 1 city has 5 production points fine? With each city build the population get 50,000 more for the previous cities, and 1 more production point added, along with 5 more production points. The new city has 10,000 people, the capital 60,000. Now, 50% of your population in men, lets be frank, only men fought back then. out of that 50, let say 30% overall can fight. With 70,000 people, that means 21,000 is your max army, meaning 21 army units space. Ok? Good. Government: It should always begin at tribal, then move to civilization to unlock the culture, and therefore their tech maps. First their should be empire, then kingdom, then feudal, then democracy or something. Religious bonuses: None, except that, the person who makes the religon can put forward a bonus to the game master, and he has to say yes to it. Other people can copy the religion. Cpu's will be controlled by the game master, and to make it competitive all cpu factions will have the tech of the middlest most advanced nation. This is the first part of my proposed details.

I like this. Can you write out the specific details and rules of the population, gender, and other things you've made so that I can add them to the rules and concepts thread? Thanks. You're also being blotted down under my special thanks list.

I like it. And instead of regions since production is based on population, land loss could be what the attacked country agrees to leave? And more conquered land=More population.

Feudalisim: You can also be like the mayor of the same nation as someone else, not just a feudal lord. Provinces: I will make a map with province made on it, but no names, you can claim 1 province as your starter 1 though, and move on from there. As time goes on, not only will you have named your province but in places with people (cpu) names will eventually emerge. Food: You have limits to your agriculture at the start, like, if you have 100,000 people in one province, you need to make 100 food from that province a province will have a max, of, lets say 10 million people, meaning a max product of 10,00 food. At the start, you will get 10 food from your province to feed your people (10,000). So you have too go up the agriculture tree first before building more cities, therefore, if you dont have enough food your people die depending on the defecincy in 3 phases.
Unit types: Military unit types will be in 3 main categories i think, which will be unlocked in this order: Neandrethals/Infantry Horses/tanks Boats/Ships Siege weapons/Artillery Planes/Space
Production points are basically turns. You get 1 point per 10,000 people i should think. So at first it will take up some time to build up stuff. To build your second city, you need 10 points. third, 20, than 40, etc. PP (Production points) will also be used to enlist troops and make them do stuff and also to research tech.
Cultures will discern how you look, hence, arab, tan skin color and so on.
Is this all or am i missing something?

I will now make a provincial map My preference is for wach culture to have its own kind of units with its own bonuses. Roman Latins get legions, Germanics get Barbarian Hordes, English get Longbowman, Arabs get Camel Riders etc.

I have an idea for the religions: WE CHOOSE THE RELIGION FOR OUR COUNTRY!
So if i wanted to play as someone in the New World, i wouldn't need to be Native American Religion. Instead i could be, idk, Zoroastrian, Suomenusko, Shintoist, Coptic, Ibadi, Hindu, Sikh, Druid, Jewish, anything! You could even make up your religion, with its own basic rules. Template for custom religion: -Name of Religion- Demonym: Holy War: Yes/No Holy Cities: Philosophy, Monotheistic or Polytheistic Name of God (If Monotheistic) or number of Gods (If Polytheistic) Founder: Holy Book: Sacrifices: Human Sacrifices: Place of Worship Name: Holidays: -May add in some more requirements, but this seems pretty good-
Example Religion: Heimism: Demonym: Heimist Holy War: No Holy Cities: Helsinki, Turku Monotheistic Name of God: Gustavio Founder: Karl Gustaf Mannerheim Holy Book: The Suomiost Sacrifices: Must kill one Polar Bear each November 27th at Church. No Human Sacrifices Place of Worship Name: Church Holidays: Soumidas, each November 27th

We can use this template though.
