I saw Brazil in 1939, 1943 is dark green but in 1950 1960 its light green. But in 1975 its dark again, Why did easy tech did this?

'Cause the flag actually changed. But I am not sure if this was on purpose since the color did not change irl

The flag barely changed, i just looked it up. Here is the first official flag of the United States of Brazil from November 19th 1889-April 14th 1960: And here is the second official flag of the United States of Brazil from April 14th 1860-May 28th 1868: There is a very slight change of color, but it really isn't a huge difference. And if you noticed the dates there, you'd see that the second flag was only the flag of Brazil for around half of a year or so. So there really is no reason to change the color, i'd just say it's a graphical error on someone's part in Easytech.
