What should they be? Naval, Armoured, Infantry, or Artillery?

The 1 star general with eyes covered?
These are just flavor look,they are all the same.
First 3 medal generals I went with:
1/Cheapest 3 stars tank general.He was like 300 medals in Berlin academy
2/Cheap 3 stars infantry for about same 300 medals at I think moscow academy.
3/I could not find a cheap artillery 3 star general (there is a medium price one in istanbul academy though) so I just went fot a naval/air 3stars/2 stars that was like 200 medals at the japaneese academy.
For conquest I like to spam heavy tanks and aircraft carriers so nice to have genetals for these.

When first playing World Conqueror 3 an artillery general far more usefull than tank general.
So always start with artillery general.
Reason:
In conquest at first one has only 1939 era,so no super tank.Tank general here get hurt after 5 minutes and you park him in town,good bye useless general.
Artillery general can be used if lucky entire game non stop.
In missions: when we start missions all have light tank,very lowsy, low health,artillery strong from the start.

Totally agree with Eastern empire. Anyway, I had been patiently using Meyer and 3 eye-covered dudes until I saved up enough for Guderian. Those were painful days.

Gudarian the finest of german generals! Might be the best general in world conqueror 3 but yeah,I think we when first starting it's much easier to just go with an artillery general if you are playing for free,then add tank generals once enough medals are saved.

My first choice is Goring, then must be Govorov. Infantry generals are useless. Save medals then for Guderian.

saltin, if i put a general on an aircraft carrier, do both naval ability AND air force ability affect it? or just air? or just naval? or neither?
