I am going to post a pic. And you guys need to seriously help me. My techs are lvl 3 arty, lvl 4 infantry, lvl 6 tanks, those are the main ones. I have pmi an a hydrogen bomb, and a 30 attack ion cannon. Don't talk to bmr about generals, let's just say that my best is a 3 star one.

Hard to tell, but it seems like your not doing too bad. It would help to know how many of your allies are currently dead/dieing. Once they start to disappear, your in for a waking nightmare, friend. Should have tried England. It's much easier to defend. Plus, being America makes it difficult to invade most other continents.

Spam Field artillery. And try to rule America first.
Note: Actually if you find it hard to have max artillery tech, spamming super tanks is also a good choice since it's much easier to get max tank tech.

But Super Tanks are so much more expensive, and Artillery has the thing where the enemy might not retaliate |

Your luck may run out once the aliens start rushing the last source of resistance (you), so stock up on nukes and artillery. Swarms of rocket artillery/nukes (last resort) for alien carriers, air strike + powerful air general for the UFO's (knock out half of their HP, at the least). |
