Head straight to Lyons. Defend from the Onslaught. Branch out to the Eastern objective, then surround and pound in Paris. Finally, send Murat to the Western objective.

Well i just comeback to this mission and finish this with 3 stars. For anyone who struggle on this stage u need 2 Cavalry General. My general on this mission are Marmont, Sophia, Kate, Hull, Murat and Golitsyn. What i do: - Put Golitsyn on Heavy Cav, Sophia on light arty and kate on battleship. - 2 ships and 1 militia unit try to take city on the right corner island. - Move Charles near fort and Rowland next to him. Also move sophia i step. Drop your grenadier and move Golitsyn near charles. Attack junot. I got that city on turn 3. - Kill Napoleon no matter what. This bcs his output so damn painfull. After Napoleon killed, move your 2 Heavy cav forward and be ready to march to Lyon which is being bombarded by Sophia and attacked by Rowland. - I sign a double guards and put Hull on it. By this turn you already have the city on right corner and upgrade the farm not the city. - On this turn, u already have Lyon and move try to kill Oudinot there with Charles, rowland, sophia and Golitsyn. - Move your militia back to the city (near port) along with 2 ships and defend that. Just spam line infantry first there. On this turn prussia will fall and watch Suchet move, use ship to bombard him. - Sign Heavy Cav for Murrat then move charles to city for regen (until half life). Move rowland with sophia to the city next Lyon and take it (for attention only bcs your ally close to death). - Take city on the east with charles, hull and Golitsyn. March Murrat and sophia to take down Davout. - On this turn, my job is only taking paris and city on the west. Btw i almost fail here if im not take the factory first bcs davout is so strong. - dont deff city who doesnt blink. - Build heavy arty and sign another genereal there, on this case i sign marmont on duty. - March marmont, sophia, murat and golitsyn to Paris (need to surround davout). Take paris defend it with cheap army. March to the last city.
I finish this with 3 star. I used 1 medikit for golitsyn bcs hes new lol. Btw snare drum is very usefull here and also a bit s/l for Murat. Note: Suchet and the arty french gen will be busy with austrian so just take paris first then after that focus on taking city on west dont fight with that Arty general and also Suchet busy taking lyon.

How many resources do the French have on this mission? My gens are bombarded by lines and lines of arty fire on all fronts...Spam medkits, or something?

Huh. This is british campaign? I'm in american campaign, and 3 of my gens are 125 health, one is 150 (golitsyn) and one is less than this (cav trainer Sulkowski) Well, kate might be lower too, not sure. Interesting that you got so far with less health and Marmont/Hull.

I know that there is 3 other guides for this, but I'm struggling with all of those strategies. A major strategy I tend to use is having my two artillery generals support each other, but there is no nearby factory for a second artillery. I've tried so many different things, but nothing is working. My allies get creamed easily, leaving my weakened generals to deal with full health generals. My generals are Kate, Sophia, Maria, Isabela, Sakurako, and Dumouriez (not very upgraded). I have War Horse, Snare Drum, Nice Saddle, 2 +6 supply tents, and Cav Pistol. I'm willing to get more items if necessary, because I have a lot of medals. Anything helps!

You might also consider rushing for Lan and Victoria before doing this one

Save before the attack and retry to get a desirable outcome. You start with a light artillery and double Grenadiers, that's 1 Artillery and 1 Infantry

I know Lan is Cav, but what is Victoria?
