Battleships with every battle tech that affect it iin ship v ship combat have a BP of 15, 13 against spaces stations space docks, and ODFs, and 10 against ground troops. But how is this gonna work if there's 20 battleships each at 15 and maybe 1 or 2 starships at 5 each? Do the starships just pull a 300 (thats for you, Desophaeus) and kill a ton? Huh? What did I have to do with this? In TW10 I was actually usually the nation with superior numbers (in terms of BP) during a skirmish. I would prefer that the smaller army doesn't pull off a 300 stunt (unless maybe 11-12 or better for 2 dice? Idk) |

Official Phase 3: Remans have risen in support of the Romulans. Romulans get 2 Spacedocks in Remus and 5 ground troops in Remus The Duras family is rising against the Klingon Empire. Klingon ( Von Bismarck jr ) has two choices 1: Crush the Duras, take 2 turns, roll 1 dice. If dice is 1 or 2, the Academy on Forcas III is rendered useless for 3 phases If dice is 3-4, no change in Situation If Dice is 5-6, you gain a Spacedock in Boreth 2: Ignore the Rebellion, Forcas III becomes NPC for 3 phases, and is assimilated by the Borg unless taken earlier Federation: Section 31 has handed over the Defiant project to Starfleet. Federation may now build Dreadnoughts Borg: Receive 5 Dreadnoughts/Spheres with full capacity of Drones |

If I was the Chancellor for the Klingons, I would have asked... after the roll, the rebellion is considered coming to the end but with varying degree of postive/negative impact upon the sector, like 3-4 is no change, but the rebellion is over? Just making sure I wasn't misinterpreting you.
