Im stuck on this thing because when I choose The first one I run out of food when I choose the second one Madrid Falls and when the third I die.

Guards are hardly a good unit to spam, let alone triple stack. As you are using Spain, your money is better spent on militia. Wooden fort (to protect your generals from enemies) and light artillery are also solid options.
