I have 2 phases of work to do for Ottoman and 3 for alaska so here goes:
Ottoman: 1st phase
Pop: 30,000 + Exortion= 50 pp
Spearmen: 3 spearmen made: 15 pp gone
I take iran.
35pp left: Reserch groundbreaking discoveies (Only 62 left)
Ottoman: 2nd phase:
Pop: 35,000 + Exortion= 65pp
40pp used to make a city in Iran: Tehran
5pp for spearmen another
25pp used to reserch discoveries 37 left now.

Community does not raise the PP benefits at all. It's a tech that unlock the ability to take over an empty providence. And your numbers are definitely off... the new providences really shouldn't start with 10,000 people. They should be at 0 when claimed. Then 5k the turn AFTER the claiming turn. |

Research Extortion (7/10) Owns now Nambia Angola (15k), South Africa The Actual Nambia (zero k?) I think it's too OP for a newly claimed providence to give potentially equal PP of my capital region's 1st turn (10k people) in 1 or 2 turns. I know this is an Alpha, so we're still doing 5k raises per providence per phase. But for GW1 and beyond, we should have more modest population gains and the PP is acruited only in blocks of 10s, like if you have 39,000 it still gives you 30 PP. Raise 5k in 2 providences, Angola 20k, and Nambia 5k. 25 PP 3 pp to finish Extortion (10/10) Move 1 Triarii from Nambia to South Africa and claim 3rd providence. South Africa now zero population. 22 PP remaining -> (22/124) civilization Angola 25k Nambia 10k South Africa 5k Extortion - 30pp Captial - 5pp Total 75 PP Whoa... and a lot of pp higher than I thought now... Spend 10 pp for Hunting (10/10) Create 3rd spearman, leave it at Koralonica's capital for now. Korea 25k Eastern China 5k. Capital 5 pp. Hunting 10 pp. Set up a city in Eastern China, Shanghai. 10 pp. Claim South East Asia with the spearman from Eastern China. Zero pop right now.
