How to have a super OP commander who can run 3 hex using field artullery Get custom general Upgrade him in the artillery ability Do the smae in Movement abulity Give him Artillery related perks (plain fightijg , etc.) Done This is more expensive way to doing this than using Bai , but Bai is the few , if it not only commander who can run 3 hex with artillery

Bai is the onlt medal artillery general who runs 3 hex on FA.
