Of course it's hard, your are surrounded by 6 WTO countries QwQ and in addition you have no industry for building even at least FA in the beginning OwO But with 2 cities, you have a good start to stock up your reserve while piling generals to bring down Iraq&Iran. I think the main problem with Saudi '60 is to take both Iraq&Iran while avoiding Bagramyan on Super Tank (Malinovsky too, if possible, but unlikely).
