Win any non-American/Russian/Spanish system 2*country with only single formation militia without upgrading anything (cities, factories, etc.) within 80 turns.

How about this: RULES OF ENGAGEMENT 1.) You are not allowed to attack. Though there is an exception. 2.) You can only use bait tactics. Meaning you will bait the enemy to attack you, and therefore you can only counter. 3.) If after a turn, and no enemy attacked your units(although in-range), you will be allowed to attack, BUT ONLY WITH A SINGLE UNIT. Make it count. 4.) Additional rules may be added later.
Extra: To avoid getting the game too boring, you may add your own rules or change any of the existing ones. But please inform everyone before you do so. And take note, Bait Tactics are not limited to you making them attack you so you can only counter. You can bait some enemies(Rocket Artillery) to your allies for them to take care of it.

Old thread, but I got a challenge.
Play as Portugal 1806, build a single formation militia, and escort it all the way to Moscow/St. Petersburg. You can bring other units with him to guard him but he has to survive the whole way. No going through bodies of water either.

Might as well comment here. I put on a NUZLOCKE CHALLENGE 1. No generals, tavern generals and not even your spawned general.(Yes you must not move him.) 2. NO MEDKITS 3. Single formation only. Militia only, Gunboat only, Light Artillery only and Light Cavalry only. 4. No moving until the 5th round. 5. Finish in 40 rounds or less

Challenge: The Diplomacy Player 1. Play as any 2-star nation, no gens/tavern gens, no s/l unless for stabbing allies, absolutely no medikits 2. Backstab all your allies (by stealing their cities; 2 cities have a chance of turning them neutral, and each steal after neutral has a chance of turning them against you) (s/l allowed to do this faster) 3. Only single-formation militia and privateers allowed 4. Win before turn 100

Destroy Napoleon as Sardinia in under 50 turns. Done. 7 turns How? I don't doubt your ability to wear him down - the problem is that he is so incredibly overpowered that he can one-shot some units with ease. Unless you both surround him and get lucky or S/L I was unsure whether you could spam enough units in time to completely blow him away. The best you can do is surround him and wear him down, but even on double down morale he is very powerful, and if he kills your artillery then you have no factory with which to make more. My inclination is to say "Spam him with militia, stop him from moving, reduce him to double down morale. Use your artillery and your privateer +/- fort to kill his infantry escort. Save-load for maximum output. Use General Amadeo to finish him off."

Okay, I was still thinking in terms of no own-generals. That combination makes him easy meat.

I've seen AI Sardinia do it in about 15. There was intense S/L of both Sardinia and France's attacks, though

The AI has control over the numbers and can twist the odds in its favour. On occasion I'm sure it does, just to spite us.
