I know it has been talked about the princesess about a dozen times, but I just can't seem to get Victoria no matter what i do (passed all the campaings, 5 stars on every map till the American campaing and the rest from 2-5 stars + I beat the HRE 1798 conquest in 31 rounds). I played without wasting $ and the generals I'm using are Issabella, Lan, Golitsyn and Oudinot. I recently completed the Sun Never Sets campaing and got my 6th emblem. What I'm wondering is should I replace Oudinot with a 6-emblem general or wait to get Victoria (and not do the regrouping because I won't have space for trainers).
Any advice? Please and thanks.

At this point, the road to Victoria is getting your resources straight. Turn 32 shoudl be fine with 99xx/33xx/9xxx. Then it's training. Use the emblems for Murat as the last slot filler |

I also agree with getting Murat as you will need someone to smash forts. And with your general setting, Victoria is not very that necessary except for as a trophy of completion.
