Or the unlikely scenario is that he paid >£/$ 200 into this game :0

My are like this. Lv 51, 2100, but only those? Why not sell bradley? You could buy guderian. After that, save up a bit, and when you're at 1000-something medals, sell weichs for govorov. I would personally keep badoglio for alien.

I would personally keep badoglio for alien. I am saving for Mannerheim for chalenges and also for missions, as I almost don't have infantry stars at all. Mannerheim will let me clear accumulate resources, so I will get industry I need for City of Cuzco, and after that I will start to think aboue 3k+ medals worth generals. In fact these guys ar not so bad. Sure, no chance with aliens, conquest I have tried only 1939, which was no problem even for hardest countries (just too long game, sometimes later will try). Axis/Allies almost everywhere 3 golden stars, Nato / Wto almost everywhere 3 bronze stars with quite many days left. Silver stars just started, but also seems no problems. Together with Mannerheim and also some additional upgrades I think they will be able to do everythiing before aliens. and during that time I will buy more serious team.

For infantry, get Vasilevsky, plain fighting lv 2 can compromise the supply. You could also get guderian as an alternative. He has plain lv 4 and inf lv 3.

Vasilevsky is the same price and a bit better. But anyway I have already bought Mannerheim, so it's too late for Vasilevsky. And for Guderian I have no medals. He will likely be the next one I buy, but for now I need to collect medals.
