5*arty navy Kate, 5*Washington lannes, Moreau and murat I think you should get Isabela. If you do the HRE guide with Moreau, Lannes (in Ottoman) and Murat in France you should easily get Isabela. Probably the best prescription, unless Lannes is at least 3* arty, in which case France 98 is easier and better

For Isabela, yes! 2 fronts are easier than 5, and getting rid of Russia in time is simple. I did it with 1 OK general, 1 bad general, and barely-trained Sophia.

And having 5 fronts is better than 2 because faster expansion 40. I'm talking about Isabela. France 98 in 30 takes Poniatowski, Davout, and Sophia. Plus a ton of medkits

Training him to be good at cavalry is just too expensive. Golitsyn is a better general for 3,000 less medals.
