I am planning to get a general but i do not have enough stars but i still have some stars left. Should i sell them?

If you are at the start of the game, you don't need them at all since the campaing missions are easy enough to do them without stronger troops. The american campaing does not have some primary things unlocked and when you reach it, you should buy them. I would suggest you to sell them with a 5* merchant because that way you will get 4 medals instead of 3. But if you are in a hurry, go ahead. |

So it's better to sell the stars? Odd, but ok:P Save a few, so that when you reach America and SNS you can unlock some units. They start out with light infantry unlocked, heavy cav, and frigates. No battleships, guards, guard cavalry... |

I just upgraded my higher end units. Basically anyone with grenades and high movement:P

I just used them to unlock higher tier units (armored car/guard cavalry) but most times I just sell the stars for more medals

I always sell them, having a few medals on hand is good for me.

Upgrading units with stars isn't worth it. The only thing I spend stars on is unlocking guards, cavalry, and ships
