Both of them are trainers that you can use for Isabella later so that should be fine

I'd say get a cavalry general. Golitsyn, Sulkowski, and Savary look good. Dumouriez if you don't have medals.
All-Artillery isn't enough, and if you have Sophia you definitely don't need more for now
