There is now a treaty proposed that will put Panama under international rule. TREATY OF KINGSTON: --------------------------------- -Panama is put under Spanish and Peruvian rule -This means both countries can move troops THROUGH it but not TO it. -Peru gives Spain one random province in Central America to Spain, however no big armies there will be allowed on BOTH sides. -To make sure everyone sticks to the rule Panama will be equipped with 5 British armies, GB is forbidden to move to Panama as long as the peacekeeping mission exists. -The peacekeeping missions will exist as long as Spain and Peru are not in war with each other -GB may, and probably will side against anyone who violates the treaty -^this does not count in situation where the violator of the treaty was attacked before by the other signer e.g.: Country A attacks Panama because Country B has declared war on them before the violation of Country A I will consiser this on one condition: Peruvian rule over South America is recognized. rule recognized! Spainsh rule MUST br recognized as well in Latin America (my land from now on).

Then I think the following is approved: TREATY OF KINGSTON: --------------------------------- -Panama is put under Spanish and Peruvian rule -This means both countries can move troops THROUGH it but not TO it. -The peacekeeping missions will exist as long as Spain and Peru are not in war with each other -GB may, and probably will side against anyone who violates the treaty -^this does not count in situation where the violator of the treaty was attacked before by the other signer e.g.: Country A attacks Panama because Country B has declared war on them before the violation of Country A ADDITIONAL THINGS: -Spanish rule recognized over Costa Rica -Peruvian rule recognized over South America excluding Grand Guyana (Guyana, Suriname, French Guyana) , Falkland Islands and some Carribean islands. -A small stroke of land is preserved for Peru in Costa Rica to transport troops through it, this stroke of land is NOT a province and NO troops can be stationed in it, it is pure for transport. -Both sides will not make huge armies in and around Costa Rica and Panama SIGNED BY: António Salazar , best75 , Napoleon Bonaparte NEEDS FINAL APPROVAL OF: Von Bismarck jr

1838: Coronation of Queen Victoria: In 1838, Queen Victoria was coronated as Queen of Great Britain. Her reign would mark the official beginning of the Victorian Era, an era which would last from 1838 to 1914. During this time, the British Empire would grow to unimaginable heights, becoming the largest empire in human history. The coronation also resulted in the personal union of Great Britain and the House of Hanover ending, separating the two countries forever. Great Britain: Long live the Queen!-Gain 20 prestige, lose control of Hanover, Hanover becomes independent state. Norwegian Nationalism: The King of Sweden allowed for Norwegian vessels to hoist the Norwegian flag, despite Norway being controlled by the Swedish. Sweden: We shall let them: Lose 10 prestige We will never allow them-Gain 5 prestige, rebels spawn in all Norwegian provinces. doing Sweden turns for The Light Bringer till ge gets back. We shall allow them (-10 prestige) . Turns coming up!

rule recognized! Spainsh rule MUST br recognized as well in Latin America (my land from now on). Pardon? The majority of Latin America that isn't South America is not colonized land, i.e. You have as much rule there as I do: none, virtually Latin America is free game.

So please, let me do this and don't do the ratifications, crisis formats, etc. Thank you.
