Paper, Paper! War between Spain and Peru! Allies expected to aid them!
Negotiations have failed. International attempts to get involved have failed. Now there is only war, a war where our finest young men will shed blood for an issue which they themselves may not even know or care about. What is certain, however, is that consequences will be placed upon one side or the other. That is the only thing which is certain in this war.
-Spain and Russia now fighting against Peru-Bolivia, Great Britain and Netherlands.
-Peace Treaty terms:
-Any peace between Spain and Peru-Bolivia: Spain may take mainland provinces of Peru-Bolivia while Peru-Bolivia may only take overseas Spanish holdings.
-Any peace between Great Britain and Spain: Both may only take overseas provinces of their enemy.
-Any peace between Netherlands and Spain: Same as Great Britain and Spain peace terms.
-Any peace between Russia and Peru-Bolivia: No land exchange is possible for these two nations.
-Any peace between Great Britain and Russia: Russia may take British overseas holdings while Great Britain cannot take any Russian land.
-Any Peace between Netherlands and Russia: Same as GB and Russia peace terms.
-All countries involved in Crisis War: Gain 20 prestige

ALSO, EVERYONE! You can blockade provinces or sea routes to provinces using ships, just know that it takes a turn to do so. Doing so will prevent troops from going to across the river or sea crossing. You can also blockade, but that doesn't do much. You can support attacks using naval units as well and remember that you can use the rivers!

What is your base number?

Alight but than it seems the lost percentage are off if you use 7 as base number. like in your 2nd attack as china you roll a 9 and lost for your force are 20%. I think that one should have been 30%.
