Austria has 10 prestige. Spain has 25 prestige. Austrian Empire turns; 1-4) isolation technology fully researched. 5-7) one-year draft technology Spainish Empire turns; 1-4) isolation technology fully researched. 5-7) one-year draft technology Austria declares war on Sardinia-Piedmont and; Ottomans. Please note that I won't eat them in one turn, instead I'm going to do this slowly. Spain declares war on Portugal. General William T. Sherman do we have to declare on neutrals as well? Yes, as some neutral countries will ally with player countries through events (Like Haiti with your Spain), so you need to declare for these player countries to react. Remember, at most only two provinces from both.

Peru 1833 Alright! After my last battle, I did the math and I have 14 units left in that infantry. 1: We assault Lovelo! kfW4r9aI SUCCESS! Lovelo is annexed into Peru with 15 prestige added. 30 total. I lose 30 % so 8 units left of the original 20 2,3: Poetry fully researched. 4,5,6,7: Ironclads fully researched.

If he posted that though it's not impossible for him to have done his turns, it's not hard to open a couple tabs to get a view of tech, maps, and rules then do them.

Sweeden not sure how many phases has passed, but here is my first:
1-6)Increased Federal Bureaucracy-Gain +1 turns per round-Takes 6/6
and second: 1-5)Poetry of Edgar Allan Poe-Gain 5 prestige per round-Takes 5/5 turns to research
6-7)Post-Napoleonic Thought-Infantry+Artillery units gain +1 advantage while in battle while Cavalry lose -1 effectiveness-Takes 2/4 turns to research

I have been withholding my phase due to the need for Oskars and a few other people to do their turns. Since it has been a day, heres the new round:
1834!...No events because i can't really think of any major historical event and i don't really feel like having a rebellion spawn somewhere.

The Reaping machine was invented in 1834, you could expand troop limit by a small bit?
