Hoping for some feedback on my tech levels and generals and what i should be working toward next. Im at this wierd impass where tech improvements are getting really costly and key generals are all secured. I am not sure if i should keep going with tech, start eyes wide or what. All i know is every decision is a big decision.
I have all metal, material and resource wonders.
Generals: Guderian, Patton, Goverov (m. General), Manstien, konev, goring, no true navy general
I am currently at the the following tech levels:
Infantry: 6 Artillery: 10 Tank: 9 Bunker: 0 Navy: 3 Air: 5 Supply: 5 Anti air: 7 Missle: 4 Bomb: 4
I have this temptation to go get long range ballistic missle to speed things up but not sure if thats a good idea or not.

Do alien conquest for resources, you are on late game so just go for it 0.0

But go for what? So many choices! As you like, when you are gathering resources as much as you can any choice is just the same.

I would prefer yamamoto, to have a navy air dude, afterwards promote your eye-covered gens.
For the eye covered ones, these are the reccomended orders
2 arty 1 tank
But you already have manstein, the best artillery general in game, plus govorov and konev. So maybe its fits betyer in your playstile to do 1 arty and 2 tanks.

Depends where are you now - which conquests / campaigns are you going to play. Likely the best choice would be be to upgrade missiles and bombs. Not sure, as I have played only till first campaign for aliens and 1939 and 1943 conquest, but seems like the only thing you need is navy general and even that is just to make life easier.
