After calling a special session in the Imperial Senate Praetor Xakire decides that until a decision can be reached the Romulan Star Empire will not ally with either the Dominion or the Federation at this time. He instead instructs his envoys to offer a non-aggression pact with a duration of 3 phases to Washington and Desophaeus. Xakire also offers a Mutual Anti-Borg defence treaty, where signatories will come to the aid of one another in the event of a Borg attack.

Non-aggression pact is exactly what the Dominion wanted at this point. Consider it already done. The Dominion hasn't decided yet on the Anti-Borg treaty.

Okay, so, i think is should get atleast just 3 phases to do my turns (dont worry im not attacking anyone). As the leader of the Klingon Empire basks into the great nothingness of space he calls his highest ranking military aide to his side. Tentaviley awaiting his commands the Klingon aide stares as well into the deep dark blackness of space. "Begin" comes the whisper from the leader. The aide nods his head and the Klingons begin to build up their armies and fleets, preparing for war. can i get 2 more turns to also make sure its fair (dont worry i wont attack) Um no .. that would definitely not be fair here. We're in phase 4. 3 phases (if determined by Jean-Luc Picard) would be very generous to a latecomer. That's plenty enough imho.

Where are Bismarck's turns? That's what he starts with I checked the whole thread. No turns submitted for Klingons by Junior. Władysław Anders would be starting from scratch, but not too far behind the others though. Klingons do have some techs pre-research. Fairly good ones. At this point, it's all about where a person is at, technology-wise, since nobody hasn't build up amd attacked yet. Up to you, Captain. You're the GM.
