Why'd you make Vichy France a thing? It only weakens your power. I don't know. I guess I was too much of a noob when I started this scenario. They are the only ones to actually help me at least. |

By annexing them, you get access to more factories, recruitable men, and even naval bases/dockyards. And at that time, naval dockyards are essential. |
