I use the free generals not that much, they don't deserve to be used they're just way to bad, only a filling of my bar. Is there anything that's recommended to do with them? I think getting them to the turiotal is too bad and waste of medals. Any help?

They need tons and tons of medals, and they'll be perfect.
And you'll need to make one at the end.

Go for guderian first. And afterwards another artillery, bai c.x. konev or even badoglio, just who you prefer

The only question is what will be the first: whether you clear the game or get enough medals to make even Mannstein clone. As for me looks like first option, and I am autofarming about 10 times more than activelly playing. Sure, no medals for autofarming, but anyway during that wonders produce medals. |

Do not suggest upgrading eye-covered dude. You can buy an entire team of good generals from academy at the cost of making one perfect general (For tank, the guy is a little bit better than Guderian. Just a little).
If you plan to play this game for very long and try to achieve all possible glories then, at one point, you will be making one (likely a perfect artillery general). But that is much much later stage of the game when you have nothing to spend your medals on. I myself have 2 perfect eye-covered dudes (artillery and tank) and am making a hybrid one as my third.
