A general with maximum movement stars can with an item move up to a maximum of 5 hexs while on cavalry.
Exception being light cavalry (stat 10) where the item has no effect at level 5 because max move has been reached.

I got a question . Im Not sure if it stands somewhere already But how can I Upgrade the "starrating" of my generals for examole when I got a gen With 4* for cavalry how can i get him to 5* ? Tanks for Any tipps

I'm thinking about making a guide in calculations of how long it takes to recoup the investments in upgrading a city, or a unit production center like a stable, port, and factory (the first 2 isn't worth it, the factory is actually deceptively profitable in the long-run). It has been brought to my attention that some people do not have a good grasp on mathematics and a study in cost vs income comparison.  It doesn't really take that long to recoup the spent gold so unless you are about going to finish a conquest in less than 20 turns left, it's always worthwhile to pour money into cities and factories in a certain pattern.
