Murat is pretty much the best general, but Sophia > Murat because she does a better job at fort cracking.

Murat is pretty much the best general, but Sophia > Murat because she does a better job at fort cracking. If Sophia does his job better than him, how is he the best?

he was asking who is the best general (doesn't include princesses) because if he was, everyone would have said Lan or Victoria.

We took one of Napoleon's best Adjutant : Józef Sułkowski , his career was short, but he gave an example of good tactics during his life. Not too expensive for the beginning and we can add his calvary star to some greater one afterwards...

Officially maybe Ney, Red one.
I propose to add Hall of Fame with short comments and/or articles about some generals in ET. Without statistics, just piece of history.

Louis-Nicolas d'Avout! He's fast as lightning, has s/l, and great skills for both Artillery and Cavalry Plus, look at his Historical record (Auerstadt, Eckmuhl) A common misconception is that Davout was undefeated. He actually had a battle in the Russian Expedition that he lost. Lannes however was undefeated. Mostly because he died in 1809 but still Can be debated but he lost aspern essling (for which he cost his life)
