I don't really see anyone on here mention Austria that much (unless they're the enemy). But how do I play with them on ANY conquest? I'm a beginner with only 2 generals (Chicagov and Hotze, both leveled up once). The only conquests I've won were HRE'1798, GB'1812, USA'1812 all under 65 turns. I thought Austria would be similar to HRE but apparently that's not the case. Any tips?

Austria with these two is a bloodbath. I'm guessing you have Sophia, so bring her into the fold. Then get a decent Cab General from Tier 2 (Golitsyn, Sulkowski, or Savary). Then will you be ready for Austria

Then will you be ready for Austria No, I don't have any princesses. But I think it's because I always chose to conquer Asia? But I'm going to start grinding for those Cav generals, I did notice Austria has good cavalry.

No.5 inf(behind US, France, Russia, GB), No.6 cav(behind Russia, GB, Prussia, Ottoman, France), No.6 arty(behind GB, France, Prussia, Ottoman, Russia).

The main reason for me as low ranking is Austria has weak Line Inf&Light Cav&Light Arty, the 3 major basic units. So for you, depends on your playing style.

I'm planning on trying if it is better to spam grenadier, but still, line inf is a major part.

I ALWAYS go for quality over quantity, it is your preference of course but I do love the Heavy Artillery of Austria and their triple formation grenadiers can outdamage a double formation guards, which is cool

I will always put my generals on double formation mg's or triple formation guards though

Don't know if you guys are gonna see this again, but I just beat Austria 1809 in 60 turns. I had the same generals as I've mentioned before (Chicagov and Hotze). I chose to rule Europe and it told me 200 years. Still didn't get a princess, but I'm sure that wasn't enough. Another conquest or 2 should do the trick.
