Hallo and welcome for to cooking with Bismarck, I am host cooking with Bismarck with Bismarck. Understand or police will be called. Today I will be teaching you how to make a dish called Schnitzel and have it for your faces to eat!
Here are some of item needed for the food making!
2 lbs boneless meat cuts
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp paprika
3 large eggs
2 cups bread crumbs
3 Trays
1 Meathammer
Is good! You will also need pan and cook machine thing so you won't deal with salmonilla like when you had to eat french "food". To start, you will want to take three trays or any other kinds of devices that this activity will be capable in and fill on with flour. Next take a decent sized tound bowl and beat the eggs in it along with your paprika and garlic salt, or whatever else you may want to add as maybe a family recipe. When the mixture is right, pour it into the second tray. And then put the bread crumbs into the third tray, and line them up in the order: Flower, Egg, and Breadcrumbs.
Now take your meat cuts and your meat hammer and place one cut on a safe and clean surface, preferable a cutting board. After that I advise you to place some kind of saran wrap on top of it as this next part is quite messy. Now for the fun part, take your meat hammer and beat the living hell out of that peace of veal or pork or whatever your using until its flattened and your arm hurts. Repeat the process with the rest of your meat cuts. When your done, place one meat cut into the flour tray and keep flipping it so that its completely covered. Then move to do the same in the egg tray, making sure to get all of the meat covered, and then the bread crumbs. Do the same with the rest of the meat. I find its easiest if you have two people working and it moves on a conveyer like system, yes?
After a meat is finished, place it on your cooking device, preferably a skillet which is what we will be using. Turn the skillet on medium-high and let a small amount of butter melt on it. The take your meat, 1-3 cuts at a time, and cook them until golden brownish on each side, remembering to flip. When all of them are done, remember to garnish with a lemon because the lemon is the crowning jewel, the cherry on top, the greatest piece. That and it tastes like heaven if you squeeze the lemon juices out on the schnitzel. Then you are done.
Note: To protect from Salmonella or other infections, wash your hands before, during and after, and immediately disinfect any surface the eggs touch including the tray.
