The road to hell guide says ace forces but does ace forces help when your tech is maxed. I am trying to build my first no eyes as a city buster with max movement.

Street figthing triggers when your in cities. So its a defensive skill. Why not change ace forces to supply?

Ace Forces makes you gain health faster in campaigns. Street Fighting can be put on if you want every city you control becomes Brisbane 1939.

I am planning plain fighting, explosion, artillery barrage and supply its that last one i am trying to figure out. Good to know street fighting only triggers while in citys. That would have been a mistake. Any thoughts on that last slot... need particular help with aliens.

It also depends on what are you going to do most of the time. If you are playing against alien in campaigns, Ace Force and Street Fighting are good for the reasons mentioned above. If you are playing human conquests, these two skills are not that useful. Esp, when you do not want to have your general sit in a city eating nukes.
My arty eye-covered dude also has those 4 skills. I still cannot decide the last skill yet.

For cold war, I find shelter expert to be good, since it allows the general to survive a Nuke (assuming he had high health to begin with) In 1939 and 1943, Street Fighting is great For aliens, I honestly don't know right now
