You might be able to learn Arabic easier if you knew Spanish, but it definitely wouldn't be easy to learn Arabic nonetheless. A better way to approved Arabic imo is to maybe learn some Italian, then learn Maltese (as Maltese is (and I'm oversimplifying it here) basically Half italian and half arabic) and then try to learn Arabic. Or you can attack it straight on, idk, your call. go for Urdu, that way you learn words of Arabic, Persian and some of Hindi (yes we got them all). Well I think that learning languages which are similar to your language but are also similar to languages which are completely different than your native one you should learn first, and then go for the language that is harder (ik, I'm confusing you) For example: You know Urdu and you want to learn Romanian. Only issue is that Romanian is almost completely different than Urdu. What I would do is first learn Arabic (which if you're Muslim you probably already know at least some for religious reasons), then learn Maltese (which is half Arabic, Half Italian basically), then learn Italian, and, finally, learn Romanian. This way each language you learn is not excruciatingly difficult. Of course some languages (COUGH, COUGH Basque COUGH COUGH) have no other languages which are really similar to it, so you just have to go for it. Only issue with this is that it takes very long to learn the language you wanted to learn in the first place. |

Just go straight to ur objective with a little more effort  |
