Can someone confirm that what i'm doing in terms of item switching is correct. I first have the 2+ movement and geography items on my general to move them to a position on the map. Then before i attack the enemy, i replace these with attack items so i will have 2X 6+ attack for cav and artillery. If my general is injured, then i will replace one of these with snare drum. Before i end my turn and my general is injured, i give them 6+ supply tents so they restore their health faster.
Also, before you end your turn, is it better to give the injured generals tents or defense items so they endure less damage?

Tents apparently only work if you didn't attack/if you were cavalry and killed everything you attacked. |

so you mean tents only work if the unit selected can move or still has a turn? If that's true then that's annoying.

i still need to get 340 campaign stars for the 50 years bonus for lan. It's so tedious :/
hopefully i will be able to do it in first go using HRE if i keep doing s/l throughout the campaign and i do things properly. I got isabella in 37 turns with just sophia, golytisn and scharnhost when they were low rank using GB. I didn't have any items back then.
Now that i have all the important items, it should be easy enough to complete before 31 turns.

You might be able to save more wrenches than you expect |

i might start the conquest when i finish the hre campaign and get all 5 stars, that will give me 260 stars in total.
