How do you move World Conqueror 3 from an Android Device to another Android Device? I really need help. Thank you!
PS I'm new to the forums so I'm not sure if this is the right place to place this thread.

I suppose u wna save ur progress. So basically u go to /data/data/com.easytech.wc3 and copy all .sav files u see. On ur new device u simply replace them.
Keep in mind u need root access and root browser to execute this

And remember that rooting has a risk of bricking and increases chance of attack by malware

Oh, I see. I'll do that and report back if there's a problem. If you have issues rooting XDA-developers is better positioned to help. Again: rooting is risky as hell

I have saved in Data/data/com.easy.wc3, the headquarter.sav Well, I'm pretty sure you can't just waltz in and stick the .sav file there, but I'm not sure what you actually should do

Im pretty sure you need to remove headquarters.bak in order to get it working.
E: Just tested it, just turn the game off (and make sure it doesnt run in the background), remove headquarters.bak and overwrite headquarters.sav. Now turn on the game and see your old level. If it doesnt work, try again, it just did for me so you had to do some misstake)
