I plan to mod world conqueror 2 but i dont know how to make a nation,can anyone tell me that and is it possible to do on android

As for your second question, it isn't likely you'll get any progress on an android. Any desktop or laptop computer should work.

I might find a way to speed-up the game but it will not be the same like in ew4/wc3,maybe touching screen or throught options
I still need some conquest ideas for those mods
