Also the Battle of Raszyn (idk how to spell it) where they beat the Austrians with 1/2 their army. The Polish and the Italians were probably Napoleon's best allies I don't believe the Italians ever did as beautifully as the Polish They did. Wagram is a perfect example of Italian bravery

They did. Wagram is a perfect example of Italian bravery But they didn't have AS MANY such instances as the Poles Mostly because the Poles are more boasted about and saw more action as many Coalition Wars happened right next to them. Italy supplied like 200,000 men to Napoleon's Campaigns

The Italians fade into obscurity too easily This is because the Italians lack a proper tradition/teaching for officers, and thus historically are plagued by a lack of initiative

I think that alone is the biggest setback to any military; you can have the best equipment, the most able troops, and a strong morale, but without leadership you cannot win. ^^ Poland only has leadership normally, which is why we can put up a valiant effort

True. The Italians fade into obscurity too easily This is because the Italians lack a proper tradition/teaching for officers, and thus historically are plagued by a lack of initiative they had leadership it's just that those leaders were hopelessly inept throughout history

They just followed the French

I was referring to Italy I haven't been keeping up properly. I guess I'm off to the Gulags, then. And the Italians had few good leaders since the fall of Rome

Poland is completely misrepresented because it didn't exist in the Napoleonic Wars. There was however the Grand Duchy of Warsaw so calling it Poland isn't necessarily historically accurate.

Calling it Poland isn't very accurate by the devs, Warsaw would've been a better title but also, who cares? It's a nation in the game.
