Well axis one and two are working for me till now, but allies one doesn't?
There is no unit in the game except one Finnish Army, and you have only one province and no troops?? No Germans no Romanians no Russians and then the Finns take over the only province you have and you lose.

On your only province buid a city and spam infantries, then take over tue Finns. |

Do you want to mod the conquest like to two countries face off with each other?
Like conquest 1 Germany control East Europe and Soviet Union while France control west Europe
Conquest 2 Japan vs USA
Conquest 3 Soviet Union vs Western Europe under Germany control but Germany will start with a low income and there army will but cut around 40% to make it fair for the Soviet's
Conquest 4 Italy vs Britian
Conquest 5 America Canada vs Britian
Conquest 6 Chinese Civil war with Communist China vs Republic of China
Conquest 7 Soviet Union vs America
Conquest 8 Soviet Union vs Canada early 1972 Sumit Series
