Hi. So after beating the Eastern Overlord, I am wondering what is the max Royal Embelm on each campaign. I know that IE has 1, C has 0, HRE has 0, EO has 1. In total, I have three now. How am I supposed to get a tier 3 general? I need at least 6 Embelms for Murat. Do I get get 2 after SNS?
